Greetings everyone, I’ve been lurking since the beginning but want to engage a little more. My name is Lewis Pope and I’m currently with N-able as the Head Security Nerd.

My background is in electronic engineering and more recently as an Services Manager with an MSP. I started in IT just freelancing PC repair, found my first fulltime IT position with a break-fix repair shop that I helped grow into a MSP over 6 years. My focus is now on helping MSPs approach cybersecurity for SMB in a way that’s attainable for even the smallest operations.

Brooke Justice, President and Principal of Justice IT Consulting in Burleson, TX. I’ve been in IT since the late 90’s and started Justice IT Consulting with the help of my son and business partner in 2015.

We are a small but growing MSP here in the DFW area. We focus on fully outsourced IT for our clients and have a good many manufacturers who are DoD subcontractors, which means that we help them deal with CMMC compliance.

Glad to be part of NSITSP and do what we can.

Chris Tiffany here, I own an MSP and VoIP company in central WI, we also travel the USA and Canada on Low Voltage, Security and Wifi Design/Build projects for corporate IT and other MSPs. We have run over 4 million feet of cat6 in the last year, and are beginning to enter the ISP fiber side where miles will add up even faster!

I started Sprinter in 2009 at 18yrs old, we will hit 30 FT employees this year and continue to grow.

MSP regulations will be critical to future growth and the success of the industry, Karl is the perfect leader on this front and I look forward to the future and being involved in tomorrow’s managed IT world!

Amy Wood, CEO of ACS Technologies LLC in Northern California. We focus on small healthcare practices and have since 2004. We have been doing full MSP since 2009 and while it’s always difficult to be an early adopter, it was the best thing we ever did. In 2013 I started a HIPAA division and have since spun that off into Copper Penny Consulting. Copper Penny focuses on education, risk management and data breach consulting. Over the years, I’ve been increasingly annoyed and disappointed by the current state of IT service offerings, especially for small businesses. Just because they are small, it doesn’t mean they don’t have sensitive information that deserves to be protected by our industry. I’m thrilled this group has come together to demand a higher standard and can’t wait to get started!

Stronghold Data was founded in 1990.

    • Small Business of the Year
    • Channel Futures MSP 501
    • CRN MSP 500, Security 100

In 2020, we joined New Charter Technologies, to partner with some of the best-in-class MSPs in the country and are looking to the future of business transformation for our clients and alongside our sister companies.

I really see that maturity is long overdo in much of our market, and look forward to my and our involvement in this group and hope that this organization can do what a few have tried to do – help bring about positive change in our industry and be driven by MSPs first and foremost – not vendors.

<div>Hey guys! I’m Mikel Wellsmore from Elevate Technology in Australia – an MSP that’s been in business since 2011. The team we’ve built has been the lucky recipient of many past awards such as:</div>

    • CRN Fast 50
    • Young Entrepreneurs
    • Australian Achiever
    • ARN 30 Under 30.

We’ve also recently started building Gorelo with the help of another MSP (primarily a dev shop) — this will be a new PSA/RMM/Docs platform for our space! I know… a huge undertaking haha xD

I’m hoping NSITSP will bring a level of professionalism and accountability to the wild west of the SMB IT industry 🙂
