It is time for MSPs and IT Service Providers to be a recognized profession! I am very passionate about the MSP community, and would love to continue to serve on the board of the NSITSP. I wish to see the MSP and IT Service Provider industry elevated to become a true trades profession that is seen to the likes of other professional industries. It is my desire to help other MSPs, members of the NSITSP obtain this goal through helping guide the NSITSP as an organization, as well as provide coaching and education in any way I can assist them.
Relevant Experience
Candidate Prompt:
Please describe your relevant experience – what you bring to the office. Limit 500 words.
I have had the honor of being elected and am a current sitting member of the Board of Directors, helping shape the organization to where it has come today. I have served non-profits for years, including being the IT Director previously for one, as well as speaking at educational seminars for MSP owners and IT Service Providers.
I have owned and operated an MSP for over 15 years. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly of our industry. My company has grown at an amazing pace, with almost no customer churn, high employee retention as well as high customer satisfaction, and I would love nothing more than to help other MSP owners reach the same!
